Cabin Policies

Reservations and Check-in/Check-out

Reservations are accepted in weekly increments only.  Our check-in time is after 3:00 PM on Saturday.  Check-out time is before 10:00 AM the following Saturday.  I must ask you adhere to this checkout time unless previous arrangements have been made.

Deposit

10% of the rental amount is due with the reservation.  The balance is due before your arrival.

Cancellations

In case you would need to cancel your reservation, let me know as soon as possible so I can let others enjoy Lake City Cabin the week you need to cancel.  You will naturally forfeit your deposit as a cancellation fee.

Pets

While many people consider their pets a regular member of their family, I simply can't keep Lake City Cabin as nice as it is and allow people to bring their pets.  Sorry about that.

Smoking

Smoking is allowed outside only.  PLEASE, observe this for the enjoyment of the other guests coming to Lake City Cabin.

Pricing

In season pricing is $1,250 a week.  If you desire to stay at other times of the year, please call so we can discuss when you want to come and for how long.
